The construction of the new infill building at Reigate School is now well underway.

As can be seen, the site is very tight which increases problems of construction, necessitating the use of some clever technology. The crane in the picture can pass through a standard doorway but can lift and install beams of over 2 tonnes in weight.
The completed building will be used as overflow classrooms and a high tech suite with 3D teaching aids. Completion is due in August 2012.
