In addition to pre-acquisition surveys and valuations Mark has prepared Schedules of Dilapidations & Schedules of Condition, prepared Expert Witness Reports for Court, acted as Building Owner's and/or Adjoining Owner's  surveyor for Party Wall Awards and prepared valuations for a number of leading lending institutions.

Further instructions include the specification and project management for repairs relating to dilapidation issues, internal and external refurbishment.

Project Managed a Professional Team of consultants to completion of the refurbishment of a £3.5 million pound Grade II listed property in Central London.

In addition, Malcolm has recently handed over a £700k bespoke standalone sports and classroom building to Reigate School, it is the latest in a long line of education buildings and extensions, Campsie designed and project managed the building to completion.

Further instructions include the repair and refurbishment of shop units for a national retail chain, external repairs and refurbishments to tenanted blocks of flats and managing the pre-acquisition surveys and works on a portfolio of over 2000 properties in Central London.

Margaret has 27 years experience heading up property asset management and asset valuations, also Landlord & Tenant cases and Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals. 

Recent project management involved substantial escapes of water in two residential blocks, one involved stripping out 22 flats in a residential block and subsequent reinstatement.  This programme extended to six months.  The second project involved reinstatement work to two penthouse flats in London.

Both projects were completed to time, cost and quality measures.

John joined Campsie's Windsor office in 1999 and has over 22 years  commercial agency experience.

During the 11 years that John has worked at Campsie he has built up an enviable reputation as the first port of call for offices, retail and investment properties in Windsor.

Recently sold three office Freeholds in Windsor and received instructions to sell an investment on behalf of Receivers in the Town Centre at £1.95m.

Claire has recently joined the Campsie Management Team as Commercial & Residential Property Manager.

A graduate of UWE Bristol, Claire previously worked in Oxford as a Commercial Property Manager.

Charlotte's career in Agency began in the Gerrards Cross & Chalfonts area in 2004.

Since joining Campsie in 2008 her career has progressed and she has built up her knowledge of the housing market in Windsor and the surrounding areas.

Charlotte was recently appointed Manager of our Land & New Homes Department, based in Staines but covering all the Campsie Offices.

Matt has previously worked in London for 9 years including the City in office acquisitions & disposal and the Southbank in commercial agency and development advice. 

Since joining Campsie Matt has focussed on all commercial sectors and is expanding the business out to West London.

Current instructions include retail, industrial and office premises in the Staines environs and Thames Valley.  Professional work includes Portfolio Asset Valuations for Spelthorne Borough Council and other valuations and rent reviews primarily for Landlords.

Paula has extensive experience of managing residential and commercial properties for both occupiers and landlords, private individuals, property companies and institutional investors.

These properties have included prestigious Central London Estates, large office buildings, retail properties including shopping centres and retail parks.  Paula has experience in all aspects of Landlord & Tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and handling situations of tenant default.

Paula also has experience of residential management including managing statutory consultations.
