Project Managed a Professional Team of consultants to completion of the refurbishment of a £3.5 million pound Grade II listed property in Central London.
In addition, Malcolm has recently handed over a £700k bespoke standalone sports and classroom building to Reigate School, it is the latest in a long line of education buildings and extensions, Campsie designed and project managed the building to completion.
Further instructions include the repair and refurbishment of shop units for a national retail chain, external repairs and refurbishments to tenanted blocks of flats and managing the pre-acquisition surveys and works on a portfolio of over 2000 properties in Central London.
